Welcome to the Customer Relationship Management System (the "System"). By accessing or using this System, you (the "User") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the System.

1. Definitions

  • "Company": Refers to Penuel's Investment (T) Ltd, the organization that manages the System, including its staff and authorized agents.
  • "Member": Refers to any individual or organization that registers as a member within the System.
  • "System": Refers to the Customer Relationship Management System, including any associated platforms, websites, or services provided by the Company.
  • "User": Refers to anyone who accesses or uses the System, whether as a member, client or visitor.

2. System Access

  • The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the System for managing client relations, proposals, invoices, payment records and project data.

Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register as a member or use the System.
  • By using the System, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

3. Customer Registration

  • To become a member, you must complete the registration process by providing the required information, including your name and contact details. There are no fees associated with registration.

4. Payment Terms

While there are no fees to register as a client, all payments made through the System for invoices and other services are subject to the following terms:

  • Payment Methods: The System accepts payments through various methods, including mobile payments (e.g., M-Pesa, TIGO-Pesa, Airtel Money, Bank) and international payments via PayPal.
  • Currency: Payments processed through mobile platforms will be in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS), while international payments may be processed in USD or other accepted currencies.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to the Data Protection Compliance Policy for details on how we collect, store, and process personal data.

  • Data Collection: By using the System, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for managing memberships, proposals, invoices, and related services.
  • Security: The Company employs reasonable measures to secure personal data, including encryption and access controls. However, no system is entirely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Use of the System

By accessing the System, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all personal and payment details provided during registration and payment processes are accurate and up to date.
  • Prohibited Use: You must not use the System for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Uploading harmful content, such as viruses or malware.
    • Engaging in fraud or unauthorized access to data.
    • Impersonating another person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights within the System remain the property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the System without explicit permission from the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the System, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the System at all times. The System may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues, and the Company is not responsible for any interruptions in service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the System complies with local laws and regulations, including data protection laws.

9. Amendments to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the System or communicated to you via email. Continued use of the System following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from the use of the System will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tanzania.
